1. Data controller

2. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your question about a car, arranging a viewing and a test drive: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract), and for general enquiries Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: handling correspondence).
- Concluding and performing a sales contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Accounting and tax obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Establishing or defending claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. What data
We process the data you give us when you contact us by phone, on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, the content of your message and, when you buy, the data needed for the contract or invoice.
4. Recipients
Data may be received by companies that provide services to us: the site's hosting provider, our accounting office for accounting documents and, if you write on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited as the provider of that service. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
The site loads no external scripts, fonts or analytics tools, so browsing it does not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. Links to Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps lead to those companies' services, which have their own privacy rules.
6. How long we keep data
- correspondence that did not lead to a purchase: up to 12 months from the last contact,
- data related to a contract: for the time it is performed and the limitation period for claims,
- accounting documents: 5 years from the end of the tax year.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site uses no cookies or analytics tools and does not profile visitors. If you click "Save" on a car, your list of saved cars is kept in your browser's storage (localStorage) on this device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and you can delete it by un-ticking the hearts or clearing the site's data in your browser.
9. Voluntary
Giving your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your question or conclude a contract.

We announce changes on this page, with the date of the update.
