1. Who runs the site

The site automobilereda.pl is run by AUTO MOBILE REDA ROBERT PARCHEM, Wejherowska 38B, 84-240 Reda, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 9580043780, REGON 191124716, phone 509 318 989.

2. What the listings are

The car listings on this site are for information and are an invitation to negotiate (Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code), not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. A car cannot be bought or reserved through the site.

3. Prices

Prices are gross prices in Polish złoty (PLN). The type of sale document (contract, VAT invoice, VAT margin invoice) is given on the car's page when it is known.

4. Data in the listings

We prepare the specifications, equipment and description carefully, from the documents and an inspection of the car. The data in the vehicle documents and the sales contract are binding. We encourage you to see the car and take a test drive before buying.

5. Concluding a contract

We conclude the sales contract at our premises, after you have seen the car. Its terms, including the seller's liability for the car's conformity with the contract, are set by the contract and applicable law.

6. Complaints

We accept complaints about a car you bought at our premises or by phone: 509 318 989. We reply within 14 days.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

A consumer can get help from the municipal or county consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the regional Trade Inspection office (Inspekcja Handlowa).

8. Final provisions

Polish law applies to matters not covered here. We announce changes to these terms on this page.
